No Bake Oreo Vanilla Pudding Cake Recipe

 

 

INGREDIENTS

For the Oreo crust:
o    36 Oreo cookies
o    ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For vanilla pudding cream cheese layer:
o    2 boxes (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding
o    3 cups milk
o    8 oz cream cheese, softened
o    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups Cool Whip
o    Oreo crumbs, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

make Oreo crust:
1.    In a food processor ground whole Oreo cookies with the filling to make fine crumbs
2.    In a medium bowl, stir together melted butter with Oreo crumbs until evenly moistened, then press the mixture in the bottom of 9x13-inch dish, set in the freezer to firm
To make vanilla pudding cream cheese layer:
1.    In a large bowl, mix together vanilla pudding mix and milk until well blended
2.    Add cream cheese and vanilla extract and mix until smooth and creamy
