This almond milk pudding is a great healthy dessert. You won’t miss the dairy in this rich, delicious dairy-free chocolate pudding. 

Ingredients

·         3 cups almond milk divided
·         1/3 cup arrowroot starch
·         1 ripe banana
·         1/2 cup pure maple syrup
·         1/3 cup cocoa powder
·         1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1.   In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1/3 cup arrowroot starch. Set aside.
2.   In a blender, combine the remaining 2 1/2 cups of almond milk along with the banana, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and salt.
