The ultimate no-bake cheesecake! This simple recipe can be whipped up in minutes and makes a great addition to potlucks.

ingredients

·       20 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

·       1/4 cup butter, melted

·       3/4 cup sugar, divided

·       4 (8 oz) packages CHALLENGE cream cheese, softened

·       1 teaspoon clear vanilla, optional

·       1 cup heavy cream

·       15 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed

instructions

1.    Line a Good Cook 9×13” baking pan with parchment paper.

2.    Mix together crushed cookies, butter and 2 Tbsp of sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
